  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    You may check your shipping/order status at any time. To do so, please follow your provided tracking number. This will be issued to you via email (associated with your account/or at the time of purchase) once your order has shipped. If these details have not been received within 1-3 business days, please Contact Us directly, as we may have been trying to reach you.
  • I HAVE A QUESTION OR CONCERN REGARDING MY ORDER.
    We are hopeful that you may find the answer to many of your questions within the contents of our Shipping and Return Policy. You may also access this information by use of the link which is located within the footer on each page of our website. If you are still seeking assistance with questions or concerns regarding your order, please Contact Us directly so we may promptly assist you.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
    We remain proudly committed to our free shipping guarantee (as it is advertised on our website). This offer applies exclusively to all of our Shop items (which are items listed for sale within our online store/product page). These select items will ship for free, via USPS Priority Mail. If you are interested in alternative shipping methods, such as express or overnight delivery, please Contact Us, and we will gladly get back to you with a shipping estimate.
  • DO YOU OFFER PICKUP AS WELL AS DELIVERY?
    If you are local to Ellenville, Ny, have placed a custom order with us, or simply enjoy traveling: you are more than welcome to pick up your item(s) from our physical location, upon arrangement. However, we do not personally/hand-deliver items at this time, or offer this service as an alternative method to Pickup or Shipping. Please feel free to Contact Us to see what accommodations can be made.
  • WHERE DOES YOUR MATERIAL COME FROM?
    Most of our Shop items are crafted from wood that we source within our local area. This may be from wood we have milled ourselves, or wood we’ve obtained from local hardwood dealers. The location in which our materials are sourced is highly dependent on the species or type of wood. Some types may be more prominent on the East coast, in the South or Mid-west, etc. There are also endless amounts of rare and exotic woods that may be sourced globally, depending on what you are looking for.
  • ARE YOU ABLE TO USE FRESH CUT LUMBER?
    While wood may appear ‘dry’ and be fallen for quite some time — once wood is milled and cut, it does require time to become acclimated with the moisture content of your environment. Doing so allows the wood the opportunity to fully dry, which reduces warping and cracking in items such as furniture. Based on the species of wood, the size of the cut (not just lumber), and the nature in which you plan to use it — we can offer our advice on what approach would be best taken for your specific situation.
  • DO YOU HAVE KILN DRYING CAPABILITIES?
    At this present time, unfortunately, we do not. When we require material that we don’t have on hand (in such needed, dry condition), we will outsource this to our local hardwood dealers that have such capabilities. The dealers that we work with will dry the material to the appropriate standards for instant use.
  • WHAT IS A CUSTOM ORDER AND HOW DO I PLACE ONE?
    In short: a Custom Order is any specialty order/service, and one of which that is not available for purchase/or currently listed for sale on our online Shop page. Please fill out a Contact form and we will be happy to explore your options with you!
  • IS IT SAFE TO PREPARE FOOD USING YOUR KITCHEN RELATED ITEMS?
    All of our cutting boards (or items that clearly indicate an intended use/purpose with food) are finished using food-safe mineral oil or other food-safe products. The details of each item (on a product-by-product basis) will identify its applied finish, and if the item is food-safe. *Please Note: Most of our finishing applications include beeswax or coconut oil. If you have any food allergies, please Contact Us for a custom order, as all online Shop items are pre-finished and ready to ship. This enables us with the ability to provide immediate purchases and expedient delivery.
  • ARE YOUR CUTTING BOARDS DISHWASHER-SAFE?
    No! Our wood items/products should NOT be washed, sanitized, cleaned, or run through a dishwasher for any intended purposes. Care instructions will be included with each food/kitchen intended item. If you are ever unsure of how to care for your purchase, please let us know so we may clear this up for you!
  • WHAT TYPE OF TOOLS/EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
    Our workshop includes, but is not limited to: a table saw, band saw, routers, sanders, a CNC machine, and much more. We have a rather large variety of options and available tools to help make almost any Custom Order come to fruition!
  • WHAT MATERIALS CAN YOU WORK WITH?
    While most of our products are constructed of wood — we also provide a variety of work with epoxy. We have the means to work with metal, to a certain degree (table legs, handles, pulls), as well as glass for picture frames, if requested. If there is a material you have in mind and are interested to know if we work with it, please Contact Us with your inquiry.
  • WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
    We offer custom furniture and woodworking; as well as on-site milling. If you are looking for something specific that doesn’t appear in the Featured Services section on our Homepage, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.
